Once the hub for celebrations of local Mexican Heritage, such as Cinco de Mayo and the 16th of September, this tree-lined park has also been designated as an official "Roadside Attraction" for travelers venturing along historic Route 66. Hampton® Hotel volunteers helped refurbish the beloved park with a painted mural celebrating Mexican art and history, as well as new landscaping and benches.
